These Terms of Use apply to your use of lebrandit.com. The website presents LeBrandit’s services, portfolio and project inquiry process.

Packages, timelines, deliverables and prices shown on the website are general starting points unless explicitly stated otherwise. A project’s final scope, fee, schedule, deliverables and payment terms are confirmed in a proposal, statement of work or client agreement.

Submitting a form, sending an email or requesting a quote does not automatically create a client relationship, reserve availability or obligate LeBrandit to accept a project. A project begins only when LeBrandit confirms the engagement and any required agreement and deposit have been completed.

When online payment is available, checkout is processed by Stripe. You are responsible for reviewing the amount and payment details before completing checkout. A payment does not expand or replace the scope stated in the applicable proposal or client agreement.

Project cancellation, deposit treatment, rescheduling and refund terms are governed by the project-specific proposal or client agreement. The public website does not create a separate universal refund policy for bespoke creative services.

Unless otherwise stated, the LeBrandit name, visual identity, website design, copy, graphics, layouts and original presentation materials are owned by or licensed to LeBrandit. They may not be copied, republished, resold or commercially reused without permission.

Ownership and usage rights for work created for clients are governed by the applicable client agreement. Any assignment or transfer of rights occurs only under the terms of that agreement and, where applicable, after required payment has been received.

Work identified as a concept study, speculative project, internal exploration or sample should not be interpreted as a claim that the referenced brand is a LeBrandit client. LeBrandit does not claim unverified client relationships or results.

You may not use the website to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, scrape the website at unreasonable scale, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the website in violation of applicable law.

The website may link to or use services provided by third parties, including Instagram and Stripe. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and LeBrandit is not responsible for third-party content or availability.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but website content may be updated, corrected, removed or temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided without a guarantee that every feature, price, link or description will always be error-free or continuously available.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LeBrandit is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this public website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

If you become a client, the signed proposal, statement of work or client agreement governs the project relationship. If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the project-specific agreement controls for that project.

We may revise these Terms when the website, services or business setup changes. The date above identifies the current version.
