When you submit a project inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business or brand name, package preference, budget range, project description and any other information you choose to send.

Our hosting environment may also create technical logs containing information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps and requested pages for security and reliability purposes.

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, assess project fit, prepare proposals and timelines, communicate about projects, operate and secure the website, process payments where offered, maintain business records, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.

When Stripe Checkout is offered, payment information is processed by Stripe. LeBrandit does not receive or store your full card number or security code. Stripe may process device, transaction and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy terms.

LeBrandit may use service providers to operate the website and business. Email delivery may be handled through Brevo; hosting providers process server traffic and logs; Stripe processes online payments when enabled. Providers receive only the information reasonably required to perform their service.

LeBrandit works with clients and service providers internationally. Information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards should be used for international transfers.

Inquiry and project information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a project, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Different records may have different retention periods.

The website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the project inquiry form.
